Refund & Return Policy

At Svaadh Foods Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering premium-quality organic products made with care and authenticity. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

1. No Return Policy

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Wood Pressed Oils
  • Organic Food Products
  • Spices
  • Pulses
  • Grains
  • Sweeteners
  • Any consumable items

once they have been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking bottle or broken packaging
  • An incorrect item
  • A product missing from your order

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Brief description of the issue

Our quality team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • Product arrived damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product is expired upon delivery.
  • Product is lost in transit.
  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

If cancelled before dispatch:

  • Online prepaid orders will be refunded.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Products opened or partially consumed
